NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for Bunbury Golf Club Incorporated will be held in the Clubhouse at Clifton Park on Monday, 27th November 2023, commencing at 6:30 pm.

Your copy of the 2022-2023 Annual Report will be sent by email to all Members 10 days prior to the meeting. Please notify the club if you require a hard copy to collect. A copy will also be made available on the club website.

Nominations for the Board and Committee Elect are now being taken and must be received by the 30th October 2023 (Forms are available below to download or club notice board).

Please note: Only Full and Life Members are eligible to vote and a minimum of 50 are required for a quorum, please show your support for the club by attending.

MEETING AGENDA

1. To adopt the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 28 November 2022.
2. To receive and adopt the President’s Report.
3. To receive and adopt the Financial Statement and Auditor’s Report.
