Once again, this prestigious event will be sponsored by Terry Veale who as we know has always supported the club even though he is often too busy to attend.
This is a great opportunity to play for the shield with your selected partner. Competition will be intense and fun for all who wish to play and is spread over four months so there is plenty of time to play qualifying and finals.
Terry Veale Format 2020/21
Combined stableford
- Nominate both partners on sheet in the Pro shop prior to 5/11/2020.
- Play first round Nov 05 (Scroungers Captain Day). Enter your both names on the timesheet at the time it suits you to play the first qualifying round.
- The next 5 qualifying rounds can be played on either in scroungers stableford competitions. Both players must play on the same competition date for the scores to qualify but can play in a separate group.
- No need for players to play together as scores will be added together manually by coordinator
- 5 rounds in total can be played with best two combined scores to qualify
- Top 8 teams qualify for semi finals which will all be match play combined stableford on 21/01/2021
- Final is planned to be played on 11th March 2020.
