NOTICE OF ELECTION OF SCROUNGERS OFFICE BEARERS 2020/21
Notice is hereby given that the ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS of the Thursday Scrounger Golf Group will be held in the Clubhouse at Clifton Park on Thursday, 10 December 2020, commencing at 6:15 pm prior to presentations.
- To review the outcomes of the Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 30 November
- To receive and adopt the Scroungers President’s Report
- To receive and adopt the Financial Statement (Scroungers account).
- To elect Scroungers office bearers for 2020 /2021:
- President
- Vice President
- Captain
- Vice Captain
- Event and Office Helpers
- Event and Office Helpers
In order to maintain the atmosphere and enjoyment of the Thursday scroungers experience it is essential that members volunteer to assist with its organization. It is not a huge or onerous task and a small commitment is a great way to get involved with the club in a social environment.
