Men’s Pennants update
Published on 11th July 2017 in Latest News, Members NewsCurrently our Men’s Pennants Teams are both on top of the ladder after Round 5.
The Division 3 team has sown up top spot with 2 rounds left and will be competing in back to back finals. Link to Division 3 Ladder.
Interesting to note that out of the 5 rounds played so far there has been 29 wins and 6 losses. Undefeated players are Connor Butlion with 4 victories and young gun Nick Lienberg with 3.
The last round before their bye they take on Sun City at Seview Golf Club, anyone not playing in the Holden Scramble on Sunday should go down and support our lads.
Our Division 5 side is on top spot just in front of Royal Fremantle, and win against them this weekend @ Hartfield Golf Club should have top spot sown up and ensure another chance at a Pennant Premiership flag. Link to Division 5 South Ladder.
Andrew Woodward has been in great form and is 5 from 5.
Our Pennant teams consist of Adam McGill, Danny Ennor, Greg Golinski, Steve Gibbs, Tim Gilotti, Connor Butlion, Nick Liebenberg, Robin Mudd, Chris O’Keefe, Andrew Woodward, Barry McGill, Simon Boccia, Ant Simper, Mauro Giorgi, Will Shaw & James Hillery. These lads are well led by Colin Hotker and Bo Haggstrom.
The last round of pennants sees Bunbury Golf Club with a bye, however all other competing teams will make the trek to Bunbury for the final round, if you would like to see some exciting match play, than come down and have a look on 23 July 2017.
