Clubhouse Upgrade Completion Report

The clubhouse redevelopment project was the main item within our current 5 year development plan for the period 2015-2019. The original budget estimate of $869,300 was presented to members at a Special General Meeting resulting in a motion in favour of proceeding with the project.
This report includes details of total costs, variations to the budget and reflects ancillary expenditure incurred as a result of the project.
The final cost of the upgrade project was $970,631, this figure excludes items of expenditure resulting from the upgrade not within the original project plan and totalled $42,922.
